Accuracy…
We guarantee an accuracy rate of 99.95% for inventory storage and order fulfillment and we’ll take financial responsibility, should an error arise on our part.

Communication…
We commit to responding to customer inquiries within 2 hours.

Turn-Time…
We take our turn-time obligations seriously and we measure and report on our performance.

When your inbound product arrives at our dock door, we’ll receive it accurately within 3 hours.

All shipment orders attained before 12:30 EST Mon-Fri will be processed same day.

All shipment orders attained after 12:30 EST will be processed the next business morning.

Technology…
We’ve invested in a state-of-the-art warehouse management system to accurately and quickly receive, manage, and ship all of your product. We utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 redundantly deployed in Microsoft data centers for peak reliability.
